Our Mission straight forward: PS Services, Inc. d/b/a Patriot Settlement Services, Inc. (Patriot) is a regional title agency with alliances in local markets. Our unique centralized order processing allows a one-stop solution for title insurance for regional lender service. Our goal is to provides an environment which makes Patriot the optimal partner for any mortgage company/broker/or real estate agent; the ultimate settlement partner of choice to the mortgage industry.

The Patriot representatives bring expert knowledge, skills and abilities in a professional atmosphere to our lenders.
